WAIVER/RULES

Completion of the correct forms is required before participating in any activities at The Rec Space. Please feel free to downlad and print applicable waiver and rule form prior to attendance to save time.

Rule Contract

In order to ensure that all safely enjoy their time at the rec space we ask that you at all times abide by the following rules.


The rec space rules:

1. All guests must check in.


2. All children must be accompanied by an adult.


3. No alcohol, smoking or vaping on the property.


4. No weapons on the property.


5. No gum inside the facility.


6. No food or drinks (other than water) in the gyms.


7. No outside shoes allowed in the gyms.


8. No littering on the property.


9. No use of outside equipment inside the gym.


10. All equipment is to be used for its intended use only.


11. All equipment is to be returned to its proper place.


12. No use of tape or adhesives without permission.


13. Any damage or injury must be reported to staff immediately.


14. No parking in spaces designed for other businesses.


15. The rec space is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


16. Batting cages:

  • Helmets required
  • No swinging bats outside of cages
  • Inside cage require use of specialized indoor balls. No outdoor balls inside
  • No outside shoes inside
  • No more that 4 persons inside cage at all times
  • Return equipment if used

By signing this form I am in agreement that I have read, understand and will follow the rules of the rec space. I also understand that I may be held financially responsible for damage to the facility or equipment if caused by improper use. In addition, I understand that violation of these rules could result in my being asked to leave the facility and/or grounds either temporarily or permanently without refund.

 Individual Waiver

For individual participants or minors joining activities at The Rec Space.

Please complete this form if you are registering yourself or your child for participation.

 Team Waiver

For teams or organizations participating in group activities at The Rec Space.

An authorized representative should fill this out on behalf of the entire group.
